Federal public domain
Establishment counts, occupational employment and wages, business dynamics, and federal contract awards are works of the United States Government, in the public domain under 17 U.S.C. §105. They are freely usable, redistributable and resaleable by anyone, including you.
The Code of Federal Regulations is a government edict and is not subject to copyright — Georgia v. Public.Resource.Org, 590 U.S. 255 (2020).
Occupational licence data
Licence information on this site is derived from CareerOneStop, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration.
It is supplied under an agreement requiring that it remain publicly available, at no cost, and without a log-in requirement. It is, and will remain so on this site regardless of what else we ever charge for.
Our own work
The rubrics, the scoring, the backtests, the calibration record and the written analysis are ours. The facts underneath them are not, and we do not pretend otherwise.
